Role: Business Manager Location: Huizhou, China (Global Operations) Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview As our Business Manager, you will be a key driver of our global growth strategy. You will lead our sales initiatives, mentor a high-performing team, and build long-term strategic partnerships within the electronic materials sector. We are looking for a proactive leader who can bridge market insights with actionable sales results. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Define and execute annual sales strategies; monitor performance metrics and pivot tactics to ensure long-term revenue targets are met. Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring sales representatives and organizing professional development workshops. Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify emerging opportunities and develop comprehensive market entry plans. Client Relationship Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client acquisition to high-level negotiations and order fulfillment. Retention & Analytics: Proactively monitor client health, analyze retention data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience. Commercial Oversight: Review and approve commercial proposals and contract evaluations to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards. Candidate Profile Education & Experience: University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role involving channel management. Industry Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with an established network and deep knowledge of the automotive wiring harness industry. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluent English is required. Leadership: Proven track record of building and managing resilient teams and driving collective success.
