  • Product Description
  • The NO.900UL is a premium-grade high-temperature tape engineered for demanding industrial environments. Combining a low-friction PTFE backing with superior thermal stability, this tape offers an exceptional balance of chemical inertness, electrical insulation, and non-stick performance.

    Key Technical Characteristics

Exceptional Thermal Stability: Designed for continuous operation from -100°C to +260°C. The material retains its structural integrity even under extreme cryogenic conditions (down to -253°C) and remains non-flowing during brief exposure to its melting point (327°C).

Superior Chemical Resistance: Exhibits near-total inertness to aggressive chemicals, including concentrated acids (Nitric, Sulfuric, Hydrochloric) and strong alkalis (Sodium Hydroxide, Ammonia).

High-Dielectric Insulation: Features high dielectric strength and low dissipation factors. It is an ideal choice for high-frequency insulation, offering stable volume resistivity across varying temperatures and frequencies.

Low-Friction & Self-Lubricating: Possesses one of the lowest friction coefficients of any solid material. This ensures smooth mechanical movement and prevents "stick-slip" in high-speed or low-speed applications.

Advanced Release Properties: The non-polar surface ensures that adhesives, polymers, and resins will not bond to the tape, allowing for clean and effortless removal.

Environmental Resilience: Zero moisture absorption. It is inherently resistant to UV radiation, weathering, mold, and bacterial growth, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial use.

Certified Flame Retardancy: Meets the highest technical specifications of UL94 standards for flame resistance.
