HYDRAcap® MAX is a hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membrane module made from PVDF material using the TIPS method, with a membrane pore size of 0.08 µm. This membrane module is suitable for a wide range of water source applications and can also be used as pretreatment for RO and NF systems.
The HYDRAcap® MAX features an optimized membrane area and a unique cleaning method, resulting in high recovery rates and a compact footprint. The PVDF membrane filaments boast exceptional strength and minimal breakage, ensuring long-term stability in the quality of produced water. Additionally, downstream RO and NF systems can operate at higher water flux levels, while extending their cleaning cycles.
The HYDRAcap® MAX system doesn’t require a backwash pump. The membrane module features a unique, patented air-distribution device, and its physical cleaning method is air scouring.

The HYDRAcube System is a standardized membrane block system that uses a manifold connection for its ultrafiltration membrane components.
